Dmitry Evenko

Chairman of Board 

Over 25 years of investment banking and asset management experience; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Inova Capital AG and Senior Partner within the FFF group of companies; Former Senior Partner and CEO of Signet Group, global fund of hedge funds; Former Chairman and CEO of Spectrum Partners Group, a hedge fund management firm focused on Russia and CIS; Head of Capital Markets and the President of Fleming UCB, the Russian arm of Robert Fleming and Co; Bachelors degree in economics from Moscow State University and Executive MBA from Skolkovo Moscow School of Management. 

Justin A. Inniss 

Managing Director

Over 20 years' experience in financial services; consulting; energy; and infrastructure; Founder of IAM, a boutique management consultancy firm for emerging markets-focused energy, logistics and infrastructure; Founded a number of multi-family offices across the GCC, Europe and sub-Saharan Africa and co-founder of Cassia, a GCC-based energy and logistics platform, advising external corporate leaders on mergers and acquisitions and project finance initiatives; Middle markets groups within a series of leading investment banks; BA from St. John’s College, St. John’s University, New York.

Harold O. Alby  

Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer

Over 17 years’ experience in operations; financial services; consulting and family office management; Launched Nyne Holdings, a Singapore-based commercial multi-family office platform, leading strategic planning and business development.; Financial advisory consultancy in New York, working with family offices, small businesses, non-profit organizations and institutional investors; Managing Director at the BMB Group, a prestigious commercial multi-family office of royal families, responsible for investor and stakeholder relations and led research, communications, marketing and public relations for the firm; MA (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh.

Pavel Skitovich

Managing Director 

Over 25 years' experience in financial services; precious metals, and petroleum; Former Chief Executive Officer of TNK- BP, Russia's third-largest oil producer and among the ten largest private oil companies in the world;Member of the management board of Interros Holding Company; Executive Director of OJSC OMZ; Financial analyst at Alfred Berg (IB ABN AMRO subsidiary) and senior consultant at Coopers & Lybrand; Diplomat and vice-consul to Uganda; Graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).

Henry Erimodafe 

Managing Director 

Over 25 years' experience in financial services; Formerly President of the BoD, UBS Nigeria Limited, and CEO of UBS (Nigeria) RO Limited, the Nigeria office for UBS Wealth Management; Led UBS business development and client cultivation for Nigeria and West Africa; Head of Innovation and client processes, covering all Global Emerging Market Business Management division; Director for Africa at Bank Julius Bär; MBA from the University of Strathclyde, an M.Sc. from Sheffield-Hallam University and is an Alumnus of Harvard Business School.
